Deir Youssef Apartment Interior
The interior of the Deir Youssef apartment is spacious but its proportions are mean and its already low ceilings overcomplicated. The proposed interiors transform the feeling of the apartment through minimal interventions; terraces are opened up to bring in light and air, ceiling and door heights are maximised and texture and colour are employed to build character. Rooms with contrasting, eclectic atmospheres and furnishings anticipate a wide range of uses and experiences reflecting the client’s brief.
